Refunds & Cancellations

Refund Policy

At TruLink DNA, all sales are final once a case has been registered with the laboratory or a collection appointment has been completed. Due to the sensitive nature of DNA testing and the lab processing fees involved, we are unable to issue refunds once the testing process has begun.

Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis only if:

  • The request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase

  • The DNA kit has not been shipped

  • No collection appointment has been completed or scheduled

To request a refund, please email info@trulinkdna.com or call (877) 337-2776 with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days, minus a $25 administrative fee.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule a collection appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.

If cancellation occurs:

  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a $35 cancellation fee may apply

  • No-shows for scheduled appointments are non-refundable

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done within 7 days of the original appointment date
